Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Will I get the same team every clean?

Yes! We make sure you get the same technician(s) every clean. Familiarity is important to us.

Does somebody need to be home during cleaning?

No, we just ask that we have access to home via instructions given by client.,Feel free to come and go as you please or you’re welcome to be home, also.

Are your cleaners vetted and background checked?

Absolutely! We wouldn’t allow anyone into your home that we wouldn’t allow in our own. Our cleaners are carefully chosen and properly vetted. Our standards are high and you will see that for your cleaning.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have iron clad coverage for both of our protection and peace of mind.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hour notice so we can adjust schedule accordingly for following day.

Which methods of payments can I use?

We accept all forms of payment, we prefer auto pay for convenience, if possible.
